Chef Dee's was founded by Chef Dee and Rosa, whose lifelong passion for hospitality and exceptional food shapes everything they do. After building his culinary career in New York and refining his craft alongside Master Chef Angelo Catinella before serving in some of Florida's most respected kitchens, Chef Dee partnered with Rosa, whose family has deep roots in South Florida's restaurant community. Together, they have created a welcoming destination where guests are treated like family and every meal is prepared with genuine care.
