Our Story

Chef Dee’s, named after its founder, is a vibrant destination for memorable dining experiences, celebrating the finest in Italian-American cuisine with warm hospitality and attentive service. Our menu, inspired by seasonal ingredients, features fresh pasta, seafood, sushi, and more. Staying true to Italian dining traditions, Chef Dee’s also offers a chef-curated, family-style dining option, available for both in-restaurant gatherings and at-home catering.

Chef Dee and Rosa bring a warm, dynamic spirit to everything they do. Chef Dee’s journey started in New York, where he honed his craft in renowned restaurants, eventually bringing his culinary expertise to Florida over 20 years ago. Here, he had the privilege of working alongside Master Chef Angelo Catinella, and has since served as a chef at the Grand Floridian Yacht and as a private chef, infusing every dish with passion and precision.


Rosa’s lifelong connection to the restaurant industry began in 1980, when her family opened Carafiello’s Restaurant in Deerfield Beach. Growing up immersed in the world of hospitality and working closely with her father, Angelo, a Master Chef, Rosa’s love for food blossomed. Together, Chef Dee and Rosa create an inviting, authentic dining experience that’s as vibrant as their shared passion for culinary excellence.
